Salary: Up to £45,000 + Pension + Holidays

We're working with a well-established Building Services contractor that is investing heavily in technology, innovation and long-term growth. Due to continued expansion, they're looking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to join the team as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a Service Coordinator, Service Supervisor or Junior Service Manager who's ready to take the next step.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the service department, ensuring engineers, subcontractors and clients receive a first-class service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Scheduling engineers and overseeing service delivery
  • Managing CAFM systems and client portals
  • Supporting quotations, reporting and invoicing
  • Monitoring KPIs and improving operational performance
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Leading and developing service coordinators and engineers
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within Building Services, Facilities Management or HVAC
  • Previous experience managing engineers or service operations
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-first approach
  • Understanding of UK Health & Safety requirements
