Responsibilities:
- Manage the dealership's sales team.
- Handle finance, finance-related products and automotive warranties.
- Resolve any queries from the sales team regarding warranty and service arrangements.
- Introduce customers to the Service Department where possible.
- Demonstrate motorcycle features and provide support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in motorcycle sales management.
- Positive, helpful attitude with drive, energy, and commitment to seek sales opportunities.
- UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Ideally resides locally or can commute easily to Shotton.
Benefits:
- Starting basic salary pending experience.
- Uncapped on-target earning of up to £45,000 per annum subject to sales performance.
- 22 days annual holiday allowance plus bank holidays (bank holidays worked results in day off in lieu).
- Full manufacturer-approved training.
- Company pension.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm. One weekend off every three weeks with a set day off in the week.
