Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Kitchen Porter with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

The Kitchen Porter will:

  • Be responsible for cleaning and tidying up designated areas of the kitchen efficiently and professionally to high standards, using the appropriate cleaning materials provided.
  • Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
  • Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.

To be successful in the role of Kitchen Porter, we require:

  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
  • The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
  • A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous.
