Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Kitchen Porter with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting and working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy designated areas of the kitchen efficiently and professionally to high standards, using the appropriate cleaning materials provided.
  • Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
  • Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills.
