We’re hiring a Senior Software Tester to take ownership of quality across a growing Development environment. This role is fully remote and offers real influence over how testing is done, moving well beyond end-of-line QA. You’ll work closely with developers and delivery leads to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and ready for production. This is a hands-on role where you will help define testing standards, processes, and accountability across the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out hands-on manual testing across Power Platform solutions
- Test Power Automate workflows, Dataverse data models, business rules, and security roles
- Identify defects early and clearly communicate root cause and impact
- Support and shape User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal teams and customers
- Define and maintain pragmatic, scalable test processes
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression test packs
- Establish clear quality gates and definitions of done
- Coach and challenge developers on quality and testing best practice
