An established and growing organisation is looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead and support a software engineering team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of day-to-day coordination, planning, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities for the Software Engineering Manager:

  • Lead and coordinate a small team of software developers
  • Manage priorities, workload planning, and delivery schedules
