What You’ll Do

  • Deliver 2nd line support for Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive.
  • Administer Azure AD, Intune, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Manage network administration tasks, including DHCP, DNS, and firewall changes.
  • Implement backup technologies and disaster recovery strategies.

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects and providing 2nd line support.
  • Expertise in Azure AD, Intune, Office 365, and SharePoint administration.
  • Proficiency in:
  • PowerShell
  • Sophos/Juniper Firewalls, DHCP, DNS, and remote access.
  • Intune/MDM
  • Strong communication skills.
