Sales Support Executive – IT Solutions
Manchester | Office-based | Up to £35,000
Fazer Recruitment is working with a well-established IT solutions provider to hire a Sales Support Executive for its Manchester office. You'll work closely with the UK leadership and Account Management team, supporting deals from first enquiry through to delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in technology sales. For the right person, there is a clear route into a Pre-Sales position.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting Account Managers across the full sales cycle, from enquiry to order fulfilment
- Preparing accurate quotations in line with pricing and commercial guidelines
- Liaising with distributors, manufacturers and partners on pricing, availability and lead times
- Tracking orders and keeping customers and internal teams updated
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email, including delivery queries and returns
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Working with purchasing and operations to make sure orders ship on time
What we're looking for
- Experience in sales support, inside sales or a customer-facing commercial role
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities
- Confident, professional phone and written communication
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Microsoft Office skills (365)
- CRM experience (desirable)
- Some knowledge of IT products and solutions (desirable, but a genuine interest counts)
