This is a field-based role requiring a minimum of 1 day per week at Head Office (Huddersfield) and 2-3 days per week supporting sites across the business.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll take ownership of recruitment for business-critical roles, support restaurant teams with team member hiring, and lead recruitment activity for new site openings including planning, recruitment days and talent attraction strategies.
