We are looking for an experienced and confident Bar Leader to lead bar operations at Fino, taking full ownership of both the Fino Bar and the restaurant dispense bar. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the wider restaurant team, champion exceptional guest experiences, and help drive performance, profitability, and standards across the business.
The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic wage of £15.50 per hour, plus an anticipated tronc of £8.08 per hour. As a Bar Leader you will be responsible for being a role model to our team members, welcoming and serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Supervising, motivating, coaching and helping to develop the bar team so they work in an efficient and collaborative manner, addressing any concerns and issues regarding performance and behaviour of the team.
- Taking leadership of the bar team and completing all related responsibilities, alongside being a visible leader on the floor driving outstanding service and atmosphere.
- Work with the General Manager and Relationships and Events Manager to deliver strategies that improve sales and profitability.
- Monitor labour, beverage and operational costs with strong financial awareness.
- Step into additional management responsibility during absences to ensure continuity.
