You will bring out the best in team members by harnessing and developing individual talent and lead the team to consistently perform to a high level and deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. Role:

While you may assist with some management tasks, your primary responsibility will be to lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring seamless service and addressing any immediate operational needs.
