The advertised wage is inclusive of an hourly rate of £12.90 per hour plus anticipated tronc of approximately £6.25 per hour.

You will bring out the best in team members by harnessing and developing individual talent and lead the team to consistently perform to a high level and deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. The role of the Guest Service Representative is to effectively manage the day to day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional levels of guest care are consistently delivered. You will work hands-on alongside the Team, focusing on delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high operational standards. While you may assist with some management tasks, your primary responsibility will be to lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring seamless service and addressing any immediate operational needs.
