We’re looking for a Talent Manager to join our People Team, playing a key role in attracting and hiring the very best talent across Fazenda. This is a field-based role requiring a minimum of 1 day per week at Head Office (Huddersfield) and 2–3 days per week supporting sites across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll take ownership of recruitment for business-critical roles
- Support restaurant teams with team member hiring
- Lead recruitment activity for new site openings including planning, recruitment days and talent attraction strategies
What we’re looking for:
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the confidence to work closely with Operations
- Flexibility to travel and support sites across the business
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple hiring demands simultaneously
