The total salary is made up of £13.20 per hour wage and approximately £6.13 per hour in tronc.
About The Role:
We are looking for a personable and conscientious chef to join our team as our Kitchen Person in Charge. As a rodizio restaurant, our back of house teams are split into two; the kitchen and the grill. Our meats are prepared and cooked in the grill section by the grill team, whilst the kitchen team take responsibility for creating our side dishes, desserts and vegetarian options to be delivered to our guests. As the Person in Charge, you will oversee the running of the kitchen, ensuring high levels of guest care at all times, our kitchen prepared dishes are cooked to the highest standards as well as acting as a role model for your team. You will need to be a strong communicator, a team player, have the willingness to learn, show great initiative and share our values of providing the highest quality of service and products to all of our guests.

- Management experience in a kitchen environment.
