Sales Account Manager

Faya Trading Limited is seeking an organised, customer-focused and commercially driven Sales Account Manager to develop business sales and manage client relationships. The successful candidate will promote the company’s printing, packaging, shipping, mailbox and business-support services to individual and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing business and individual customers
• Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, local business outreach and follow-up of enquiries
• Promote Mail Boxes Etc.’s shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox and related business services
• Meet customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable services
• Prepare quotations, proposals and pricing information in line with company procedures
• Follow up sales enquiries and quotations to secure new business and repeat orders
• Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to encourage retention and repeat business
• Coordinate with the store and operations team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
• Monitor the progress of customer orders, including print, packaging and courier/shipping requirements
• Handle customer queries and resolve service issues professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, quotations, orders and account activity
• Monitor local market opportunities and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management
• Work towards agreed sales, customer-retention and business-development targets

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: £41,700 – £55,200 yearly
