Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager to manage a new build housing development of 40 units in Winsford starting ASAP!!
Overseeing the subcontractors on-site of the new build and ensuring project is on schedule, H&S is adhered to, and works are carried out to specification.
What you'll do as a Freelance Senior Site Manager:
- Manage day-to-day of a housing new build in Winsford
- Ensure project is completed in line with standards
- Lead and co-ordinate all subcontractors on site
- Work closely with the project director
- Ensure all works comply with drawings and specifications
- Conduct regular quality, safety, and environmental inspections
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Conduct daily site inspections
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Senior Site Manager:
- Experience in new build housing
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Site Manager's position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Pay + Benefits:
Day rate Β£300 to Β£325 per day
Weekly pay on a Friday
