Our client is currently seeking a Technical Coordinator based in Surrey. This well known tier 1 main contractor is known for delivering large scale projects with a turnover of 2.4bn, covering sectors from education, commercial, residential, retails and science and technology.

The role of a Technical Coordinator

As the role of a Technical Coordinator you will be working on a large scale residential project of 250 units. There will be a mixture of traditional build houses, town houses and low-rise flats. This role will be a site based role with occasional office visits.

Requirements of a Technical Coordinator

• Experience working on large scale residential projects
• Experience in a similar role with either a developer or contractor
• Understanding of all RIBA Stages
