Proposals Manager required to join a leading regional contractor, to assist with their tender submissions amongst the high spec commercial sector working with leading clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working on bids from initial request through to submission.
About the role of Proposals Manager
Our client is one of the leading privately owned contractors in the South Coast, with multiple offices throughout. Complete with an extremely successful turnover and portfolio of repeat business and a strong position on multiple frameworks throughout the education, healthcare & residential sector. As Proposals Manager you will be joining a longstanding and well-versed team, responsible for ensuring all submissions are branded in line with the business, reflective of the brand's identity, quality of works produced and their commitments.
Responsibilities for Proposals Manager
- Responsible for overseeing the entirety of the proposal development process from request through to submission
- Lead and manage all tender submissions, ensuring relevant content in line with the business.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and relevant legislation regarding construction
Requirements for Proposals Manager
- Relevant experience within the construction industry working amongst a Proposals Manager role or similar
- Appropriate degree, in either Business, Marketing or Communications
- Strong Analytical skills
