We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a Tier 1 contractor who specialises in high spec commercial schemes valuing up to £400m. This role will be a blend of operations and administration, with a great emphasis on operational support especially resourcing & recruiting. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with strong attention to detail, and preferably CIPD qualified.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for managing HR operations effectively.
- Implementing the people & culture strategy to support the overall business plan.
- Understand the resourcing needs of the business and support recruitment activities proactively.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, welcoming them and providing the essential knowledge of the business.
- Ensure HR administration is completed accurately, in a timely manner and communicated to relevant individuals appropriately.
