We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a tier 1 Contractor on a 9 storey residential apartment scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high quality build, delivering modern, multi-unit development to an exceptional standard.
The Role
As finishing foreman, you will take ownership of the final stages of the project, ensuring all units and communal areas are completed to the highest quality, on time, and snag free. You will work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors to drive standards and push the project through to successful handover.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all finishing trades across apartments and communal areas
- Ensure all works are completed to a high specification and in line with drawings
- Carry out snagging and de-snagging to a high standard
- Maintain strong health & safety practices on site
- Liaise with site management, clients, and inspectors where required
- Support handover process and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a finishing foreman on residential or high-rise projects
- Strong eye for detail and quality control
- Experience working on multi-unit apartment schemes
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid
- Strong communication and leadership skills
