I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the external facade package established on a 7 storey apartment development project for a tier 1 contractor. This role will take full responsibility for the delivery of all external works including cladding, brickwork, windows, facade detailing and associated external packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high quality standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing all external facade works from start to completion
- Overseeing cladding, brickwork, window installation and detailing
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme adherence
- Maintaining high standards of H&S and quality on site
- Reporting progress to the project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing external packages on residential projects
- Strong knowledge of facade, cladding and brickwork sequencing
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS card
