We are currently supporting a Tier 1 main contractor with the hiring of an established Preconstruction Manager to support their London region as they look to build on a successful year and take on more new projects across the private and public sector. The business has historically been one of the most successful contractors in the UK and are held in the highest regard amongst their competitors and clients.
This role will take full ownership of tender opportunities, coordinating an internal team of circa 14 people across various disciplines, attend tender interviews, communicate with the wider business and internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a strong people person with exceptional client-facing skills who is able to understand client drivers and be creative.
The role will be based in the central London office alongside an established preconstruction team and reporting to the Pre-construction Director.
Requirements for the Pre-Construction Manager role:
- Experience working in a similar role with a main contractor
- Experience working in public or private sector
