An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Manager to join a leading name in Tier 1 Main Contracting. This person will be supporting planning requirements across the business including the Pre-construction department.
Our client has an exceptional name across the industry and is a great company to work for due to their excellent financial position and their strong pipeline of work ahead. They operate across a number of sectors including healthcare, residential, and education, and more recently have a focus on developing the commercial sector within the business.
You will be inspecting projects on site and making your own assessment of progress against project programmes. You will also use software to support winning tenders such as 4D planning and attending presentations.
This is a fantastic opportunity as you will gain valuable exposure to the planning principles utilised on key projects and be part of a great site team.
