Site Administrator A leading reputable Tier 1 Contractor are seeking a Site Administrator to join their project on a long-term contract basis, on site in Wiltshire on a £120m scheme.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior construction experience looking to work local.
About the role of Site Administrator As Site Admin Assistant you will provide the support function to several teams based on site including H&S, sustainability, document control and operational.
Typically, this Tier 1 contractor works on high spec & large-scale projects amongst the health care, education and MOJ schemes.
Responsibilities for Site Administrator Responsible for management of Front of House, including meeting & greeting visitors, signing people in, management incoming & outgoing post.
Assist Document Control team with ensuring compliance & accuracy amongst all documents via document management systems.
Monitor and report on sustainability KPI\’s via collecting data.
Correctly assist the H&S team with filling for H&S documentation.
Requirements for Site Administrator Preferably someone who has strong experience using Excell and Document Management systems either viewpoint or A-site experience is essential.
Knowledge and relevant understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO45001. Previous experience working on a construction site, preferably on similar sized projects, with the ability to work in a fast -paced environment We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual for our client.
Key attributes include previous experience within a similar role.
