We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Admin Assistant to join a leading Tier 1 contractor based on a £120M job in Wiltshire. This will be a long-term contract role for the duration of 84 weeks.

About the role:

As Site Admin Assistant you will assist the Site Administrator with any ad-hoc administrative duties, including providing wider support to the general site team including logging HSQE data, providing support with CDE's and general receptionist duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the business as front of house for the site, meeting & greeting all visitors and guests.
  • Provide meeting support taking minutes.
  • Managing and maintaining CDE systems in line with company protocol.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on a construction site is essential.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CDE systems preferably Asite, Viewpoint or Pro-core.
  • A friendly and efficient attitude and approach to work.

This is a flagship project for the company, consisting of several new build facilities.
