Vinyl Floor Layer required to work on tenanted and voided properties in Sheffield. You will be laying down vinyl safety floors in bathrooms/wet rooms.
The Client: Our client is an award‑winning sub‑contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role: Main duties are going into void and tenanted properties in Sheffield and installing vinyl safety floors in bathrooms and wet rooms. The floors will be safety and cap cove. The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30‑minute break - Monday to Friday. The work is ongoing.
Requirements:
- CSCS desirable.
- Previous experience as a floor layer.
- Social housing experience.
- Own Welder.
- Own Van.
- You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
