Are you a Senior Site Manager interested in joining a leading quality house builder on a brand new development in Shropshire ?

There is an exciting new opportunity to join a well-established national house builder in the North West to manage a brand new build housing development consisting of 2, 3 & 4 bed high quality homes starting in Spring 2026. Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting, checking build standards and overseeing health & safety and quality.

This is a leading housing developer than can offer excellent career progression in to Contracts Management with an impressive land bank & pipeline of developments for the forthcoming years.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

  • Proven track record of Site Management with a new build housebuilder
  • Experience of managing sites from out of the ground through to completion & handover
  • Either academically Qualified BSc Construction Management or HND/HNC or equivalent or solid trade background and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
  • Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ and meeting NHBC standards
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:

  • Base Β£65,000 – Β£75,000
  • Car allowance or company car
  • 25 days holiday
  • Company benefits including pension, life assurance
