What you’ll be doing

• Leading day-to-day site management on a flagship £20m project.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing subcontractors while fostering a culture of collaboration on site.
• Acting as the client’s key point of contact, ensuring expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
• Looking ahead on programme, identifying challenges early and delivering solutions.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record managing large-scale fit out projects (£10m+).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills – able to motivate teams and maintain site discipline.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Someone who can hit the ground running on a complex project.
• Privately owned, with direct contact and support from directors.
• Turnover of £140m with a strong pipeline of major projects.
• Collaborative culture with genuine progression opportunities.
