Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage change and variations on £120m+ mixed use scheme in London.
This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 5 years. The requirement is for a Senior Surveyor to work as an essential part of the commercial team on a £120m new build mixed use project under JCT contract. You will be working on site managing Change and Variations. The project is currently on site, with further procurement to complete and will run for a further 24 months. This is a full time site based position.
