About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the joint lead on a 150 unit scheme with a 10 year duration. This is a large-scale programme consisting of 2500 new homes over 25 developments. Approximately 50% of the homes will be affordable whilst the remainder are market sale homes.

The company are a well-established UK construction and housing partner that predominately focus on residential developments and regeneration projects. They have a very strong financial and industry position with lots of financial backing, resources, and organisational strength.
