What you\’ll be doing Leading an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on various residential and contracting works in and around Sheffield whilst liaising with the managerial team to ensure works run smoothly and within budget.
You\’ll be using your commercial experience to manage your own accounts to increase profitability of the contracts.
Ensure that all documentation such as compliance, completion etc is completed and stored per the process.
Prepare monthly CVR reports.
What you\’ll need Proven experience working as a QS / SQS in housebuilding or contracting
Relevant qualifications in the field
UK Driving Licence
