Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge & the opportunity to join a tier 1 build contractor on a £90m student accommodation project?
Due to a brand-new contract award, there is an exciting opportunity to join a leading tier 1 contractor to work on a high specification development high rise student accommodation project.
Project based, you will report into a Commercial Manager and be responsible for the full commercial management of several subcontract packages working within a supportive experienced commercial team.
With secured pipeline projects, the company is multi-disciplinary and work across commercial, industrial, residential, leisure and retail and the public sector and can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading construction business working on some of the North West’s most prestigious developments.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Proven track record of quantity surveying ideally 7-8 years post grad experience.
- Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Background within a main contractor or developer environment
- Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
Salary & Package on offer:
- Market leading package
- Base Salary £70k – £80k (dependent on level of experience)
