The business operates out of regional offices across the country and carries out projects across the education, commercial, extra care and healthcare sectors valuing up to 75mil. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract and they have won a place on several local authority and government frameworks. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to final accounts and handover. You will be working alongside a junior Surveyor and will report into the Commercial Manager.
