Senior Project Manager – Fawkes & ReeceWe\’re looking for a confident, driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of fast‐paced commercial fit‐out and design & build projects across the office and higher education sectors, delivering schemes up to £15 million in value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage fit‐out and design & build projects up to £15 million.

Take ownership of client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycle.

Drive work‐winning activities from tender presentations to developing repeat business.

Coordinate design, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.

Manage budgets, programmes, and risk while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high performing culture.

Represent the business confidently in client meetings and industry events someone who can \”own the room.\”

About You

Experienced in commercial fit out or design & build project delivery, ideally with exposure to offices or higher education projects.

Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver complex schemes up to £15 million.

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.

Confident communicator with natural presence and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Ambitious, self‐motivated, and looking for genuine progression opportunities in a flat, open structure.

A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
