This is a great chance for an experienced Senior Engineer to join an up and coming family-owned business who are committed to building high-quality homes throughout the South East region. This business\’ are a 5 star house builder and their strength lies in the care and attention given to all of their design, specification of fixtures and fittings and the high-quality finish on their product. About the Senior Engineer role Managing and report all engineering requirements as per company policies and processes. You will coordinate across multiple aspects of the development process Work alongside the technical teams based in-house Actively manage communications and operational interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and support site teams. Ensuing that all necessary utility/services/supplier enquiries, quotations, acceptances and approvals are obtained. Requirements of a Senior Engineer Hold a Civil Engineering degree is desirable, or equivalent in working experience Experience within the role of an Engineer, with a consultancy background or a housebuilder with in-house design Ideally, MICE chartered or Incorporated, but studies can be fully supported toward this Experience in creating detailed designs of infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, and external work in housing developments Strong IT skills including knowledge of packages such as Microsoft, AutoCAD, PDS, and FLOW (or similar) Whats on offer for an Senior Engineer Competitive package including 26 days holiday Up to 15% total pension contribution Discretionary Bonus Flexible Working A range of benefits to support physical & mental well being Training & development opportunities, with funding towards professional membership If this
