We are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming commercial refurbishment project in Sandbach, starting between February and March 2026.
What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Manage and oversee a refurb of a fire station
- Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification
- Report directly to the contracts manager
- Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience working within commercial
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager's position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Must be willing to travel
Pay + Benefits:
- Day rate: £250 to £260 per day
- Weekly pay on a Friday
