We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction operations on key projects across the Brighton area. You'll be responsible for day‑to‑day site coordination, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on‑site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate materials, labour, and project schedules.
- Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor progress, quality, and project costs.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Site Manager (ideally in residential or commercial construction).
- Strong understanding of H&S legislation and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Driving licence and ability to travel locally as required.
