  • Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
  • Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
  • Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley.
  • Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.

What you’ll need:

  • Essential: Social Housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, maintenance experience.
  • UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at work
