Pre-Construction Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for a Pre-construction Manager to join an established main contractor based in Southampton. The business has built a reputation over decades for delivering excellent construction projects across Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset, undertaking projects across the commercial, healthcare, education and residential sectors valuing up to £15mil.
They\’re now looking to expand the leadership team with a Pre-Construction Manager.
About the role of Pre-Construction Manager:
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Estimators, Bid Writers and Proposals Co-Ordinators. You will be managing the bid process, working closely with senior leadership to target projects which support the wider businesses growth plans. You will also be instrumental in developing and maintaining bid strategy.
Key Responsibilities as Pre-Construction Manager:
- Lead pre-construction teams
- Oversee preparation and submitting of bids
- Develop and enhance current bid strategies
