Administrator
3 days per week β Monday/Wednesday & Thursday
Salary Β£35600 per annum β 3 days salary would be: Β£21360
Based in Canary Wharf
Starting ASAP
- Provide full range of administrative support to the Team
- To update TMW management system as required in a prompt manner, including revision control review once approved documentation has been issued
- Provide full range of administrative support to the HSEA Team when required
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and general filing duties (excel spreadsheets, word doc & PDFs)
- Manage and distribute HSEA documents as directed by the senior management of the HSEA team when required
- Preparation/compilation of reports as required
- Follow-up projects when needed for closed out HSEA audits/ information and filing
- Ensure electronic HSEA filing system/portal is maintained and updated, as required
- Audit reminders to be sent to sites a month prior to audit
- Exporting data from Health & Safety digital platform
- Update audit schedule regularly by collating information from the HSEA team
- Lead Accreditation submissions, PQQβs and audits β collating information and chasing relevant people
- Effective communication of essential safety documents e.g. safety alerts (Mailchimp) when required
- Support projects with archiving process (Iron Mountain)
- Stationary, PPE, Train ticket and Hotel booking/ordering β ordering/booking only after approval from Group HSEA Director
- Comply with all relevant company HSEA policies and procedures where appropriate
- Promote McLaren values and maintain company brand and procedures in line with the management system and brand guidelines
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
