Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Temporary Commercial Administrator / PA to provide dedicated administrative and assistant support to the Commercial Director, alongside assisting the wider commercial team within a busy new build housing environment. This role is primarily administration focused, ensuring effective organisation, communication and documentation management across the commercial function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full administrative and PA support to the Commercial Director
- Handling correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
- Preparing and formatting reports, documents and presentations
- Maintaining organised filing systems and commercial records
- Updating and managing spreadsheets and internal trackers
- Assisting with purchase orders and invoice logging
- Chasing outstanding paperwork and supporting invoice queries
- Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and internal departments
- General office and commercial administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Administrative or PA role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
