We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned main contractor in Oxford. The business is privately owned and operates out of offices across the South of England undertaking projects across a range of sectors including education, heritage, student accommodation and commercial sectors valuing up to £30mil. Continued success in the region has led to a new requirement for additional commercial staff and therefore they are now looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into the team.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be either responsible for your own smaller scale projects or working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on complex schemes. You will be involved in the projects from pre-construction through to final.
