Regional Operations Director opportunity working with a leading tier one main contractor with an escalating turnover and plenty of opportunity ahead of them for growth. This is an attractive role for an Operations Director to lead construction delivery across multiple residential sites across the South West of England and South Wales. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for safety, quality, cost, programme, and people performance. You'll provide strategic direction to regional construction teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure residential developments are delivered safely, on time, and to a consistently high standard.
Regional Operations Director responsibilities:
- Lead and develop regional construction and site leadership teams and reporting to MD.
- Drive safety-first culture and full compliance across all sites.
- Control regional budgets, programmes, and production performance.
- Oversee pre-start planning, delivery, and post-completion activities.
- Champion quality, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
