Exciting opportunity for an experienced Facade Manager to work on a major flagship project in the heart of Cardiff. This is an opportunity to work for a highly professional tier 1 main contractor who operate across various sectors including commercial, residential and stadiums.
This facade manager will be delivering a composite facade with a mix of materials including decorative. The project is a mixed use scheme worth circa £300m.
The ideal Facade Manager will have experience delivering facades on new build projects and have a good understanding of different types of facade and the installation. An engineering degree is desirable and must come from an externals background.
This facade manager will be ambitious, energetic and hands on, looking to progress and willing to get stuck in on a fast paced site. Excellent attention to detail, able to read drawings and communicate effectively and efficiently to the wider team.
