Exciting opportunity working for a stable tier one main contractor with an escalating turnover and plenty of opportunity ahead for growth. This is a great opportunity to oversee 4 live sites, which would mainly be new build social housing projects, ranging from 25 to 250+ units. The schemes are at various stages of the build and you would need to provide strategic direction to ensure the developments are delivered safely, on time, and to a consistently high standard. As Contracts Manager, you would be reporting into the Operations Director, working closely with clients and have 4 project leads reporting into you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of around 4 Senior Managers.
- Help implement new procedures.
- Oversee multiple sites from groundworks to completion.
- Oversee pre-start planning, delivery, and post-completion activities.
- Liaise with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar role in residential construction.
- Confident in the build sector with a strong track record of delivery.
- Experience taking projects from planning to handover.
