Site Managers to join the delivery team on one of the most prestigious construction projects currently underway in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a premium contractor renowned for delivering complex, high-profile schemes across the UK.

You'll become part of a flagship project team, working on a landmark city-centre development that will have a lasting impact on the region.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, successful delivery of key construction packages, with a particular focus on structural steel and architectural metalwork .

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a critical package on a technically challenging, fast-paced development while working alongside an experienced senior leadership team.

About You

We're looking for Site Managers who can demonstrate

  • Experience working for a Tier 1 or leading main contractor.
  • A proven track record delivering large, complex commercial, mixed-use, hospitality or city-centre developments.
  • Strong experience managing structural steel, secondary steelwork and architectural metalwork packages .
  • Excellent site management and subcontractor coordination skills.
  • A thorough understanding of programme management and short-term planning.
  • A proactive approach to health & safety and quality management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
  • Experience working within BIM-enabled projects would be advantageous.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
