Sales Negotiator β Regional Role Hampshire/Dorset
My client are a high end residential developer, they are looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join them in a regional role, covering locations such as Southampton, Worthing, Hook & Dorset
Mainstream Property or New Build Sales experience is essential in order to be successful in this role & candidates will also be presentable & able to deliver excellent customer service on all levels, please see below day to day duties:
- Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
- Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
- General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
- Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
- Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP\βs
- Chasing sales leads
- Responding to enquiries
