Sales Negotiator - Regional Role Hampshire/Dorset

My client are a high end residential developer, they are looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join them in a regional role, covering locations such as Southampton, Worthing, Hook & Dorset

Mainstream Property or New Build Sales experience is essential in order to be successful in this role & candidates will also be presentable & able to deliver excellent customer service on all levels, please see below day to day duties:

  • Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
  • Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
  • General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
  • Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
  • Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP\'s
  • Chasing sales leads
  • Responding to enquiries
