Fawkes & Reece are recruiting a Customer Relations Manager to lead the customer journey from exchange through to completion, handover and aftercare, delivering an exceptional experience across the home-buying process. You will collaborate with Sales, Construction, Property Management and Aftercare to ensure a seamless, professional service for purchasers and manage communications during remediation programmes and major works.
