I'm currently looking for an experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee complex mechanical and public health installations across a range of commercial and residential projects. This role will take ownership of plant rooms and full building services packages from first fix through to commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of commercial plant rooms.
- Oversight of domestic & commercial mechanical services.
- Installation of smoke vent systems.
- Management of ventilation and HVAC systems.
- Delivery of residential and commercial sprinkler systems.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
